Calculator data
Figures entered into the inheritance-tax calculator are processed in your browser. The site-pack code does not transmit, save or attach those figures to a user profile.
Technical data
The hosting platform, WordPress, security services and any analytics configured by the site owner may process technical data such as IP address, device information and page requests. Their operation should be reviewed in the live cookie and analytics configuration.
Enquiries and lead sharing
No lead form or consumer enquiry route is active in this release. Before any future collection begins, this notice must be expanded with the controller’s full identity and contact details, lawful bases, retention periods, named recipients, consent wording and data-rights process.
Your rights
UK data-protection law can provide rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data and to object to some processing. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
This interim notice is deliberately honest about the current release. Paid traffic and lead collection should remain disabled until a full privacy and cookie review is complete.
